the first glimpse it appears fully legitimate (and, in fact, it is).
Though, after the description of the original the seller writes: "As
a special bonus I will include a 16 track compilation CD I made of Ayumi
Hamasaki's best songs and a compilation of Namie Amuro's best for FREE."
This is sold on e-bay from the USA...
