| Cataby is the traditional stop for travellers, about 250 km north of Perth on the Brand Highway. There are two roadhouses - Ampol and BP that offer fuel and meals. Areas around Cataby are quite interesting, one of them is a walk along the Minyulo Brook that is crossing Brand Highway approximately seven kilometers to the north. There is a lot of bird life and one can clearly see how strong the root system of an eucalyptus tree actually is. Please note that the land north of Cataby is a private property and you will need a permission before you can go into this area. | |||
